Where We Ship

Splash of Charm currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. Delivery time begins once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. While we work hard to get orders out promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping label has been created.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

Occasionally, packages may experience delays or delivery issues while in transit.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend checking the tracking information, confirming the shipping address, and checking around your delivery location.

We'll review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps. Shipping concerns are handled individually in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protections.

Damaged Orders

We want your Splash of Charm goodies to arrive in great condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at splashofcharm619@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Unexpected Processing Delays

We do our best to prepare and ship every order within our stated processing timeframe.

If an unexpected delay occurs on our end, we'll reach out to keep you informed and discuss available options, including waiting for your order or canceling it.
