✨ Are your products handmade?

Most of our products are designed, printed, and assembled by hand 💖

Because of that, you may notice small variations — that’s part of what makes each piece unique. We take pride in what we create and do our best to make everything as beautiful and high-quality as possible ✨

📦 What is your refund / return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for defective items only.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• You must contact us first before sending anything back

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted

💔 What if my item arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged, please reach out right away with photos 💕

We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.

🔁 Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges.

⏳ Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as they haven’t shipped yet 💖

Right now, we only ship within the United States 💌

Currently, we ship within the United States only 💌

⏱️ Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Shipping times depend on the carrier and are outside of our control once your package leaves us ✨

📭 Important shipping notes

Once your order is with the carrier, Splash of Charm is not responsible for:

• Lost or delayed packages
• Carrier delivery issues
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Packages marked delivered but missing
