💖 What types of products do you offer?
Splash of Charm is all about cute, functional essentials that make everyday life feel a little softer ✨
You’ll find things like keychains, drinkware, bookmarks, stationery, tote bags, and accessories — all designed to add personality, charm, and joy to your routines 💕
✨ Are your products handmade?
Most of our products are designed, printed, and assembled by hand 💖
Because of that, you may notice small variations — that’s part of what makes each piece unique. We take pride in what we create and do our best to make everything as beautiful and high-quality as possible ✨
📦 What is your refund / return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for defective items only.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You must contact us first before sending anything back
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted
💔 What if my item arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, please reach out right away with photos 💕
We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.
🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges.
If needed, please follow our return guidelines above ✨
⏳ Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as they haven’t shipped yet 💖
🛍️ Can I return sale or personalized items?
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Personalized items
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the United States 💌
📬 How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order is on the way ✨
💸 Can discount codes be combined?
Some codes can be stacked!

This does not necessarily mean the product is unsafe — it simply indicates potential exposure.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States only 💌
⏱️ Processing & delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Shipping times depend on the carrier and are outside of our control once your package leaves us ✨
📭 Important shipping notes
Once your order is with the carrier, Splash of Charm is not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed packages
- Carrier delivery issues
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked delivered but missing
If something goes wrong during shipping, please contact the carrier directly 💕
