Subscription, Pre-Order & Special Purchase Policy

Some products or services offered by Shopify stores may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or "Try Before You Buy" purchases. The following explains how these options apply to Splash of Charm.

Subscriptions

Splash of Charm does not currently offer subscription products or recurring deliveries.

If subscriptions are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to include subscription terms, billing information, renewal details, and cancellation instructions.

Pre-Orders

Splash of Charm does not currently offer pre-order items.

All products available for purchase are either in stock or clearly identified if a future release date applies. If pre-orders become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Try Before You Buy

Splash of Charm does not currently offer a "Try Before You Buy" program.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding damaged or defective items and refund eligibility.
